Middle Georgia State University seeks a Recruiter I to manage dual enrollment recruitment for the Cochran Campus. The role focuses on engaging high school students, families, and counselors, guiding applicants through admissions, and coordinating events across a defined geographic territory.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel to events, with occasional evening and weekend work. Comprehensive benefits and hourly non-exempt status are offered at MGA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Experience in recruitment/admissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: plan and schedule recruitment events for an assigned geographic area and travel to events.
• Customer Experience Management: guide prospective students through admission/enrollment with diverse communication strategies, conduct campus tours.
• Administrative Duties: maintain event records and assist with student systems and literature development.
• Other Duties: promote community partnerships and support campus stakeholders.
