Job summary

Westfield Public Schools seeks a Dual Enrollment Support Specialist to assist students at Westfield High School and Westfield Technical Academy. The role provides academic support for dual enrollment and English Language Learners, coordinates with the WHS Career Center, and monitors student progress.

The position is full-time, school-day hours (7:05 a.m. to 1:50 p.m.), immediate start through June 23, 2027, and may be funded by a grant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MA DESE certification and experience in teaching/tutoring preferred.
• Must have a valid and current MA driver's license.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Provide students enrolled in The Westfield Promise program and dual enrollment academic support, including English Language Learners.
• Work with the WHS Career Center.
• Report student progress to administration.
• Interpret student data and help assess academic needs of students.
• Assist students with online school work as needed.
• Provide transportation to students as part of the Westfield Promise Program.
