Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, secondary education, early college programming, or related fields.
• Experience leading programs with strategic partnerships and complex initiatives.
• Experience with budget administration, assessment, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience supervising professional staff.
• Knowledge of Illinois legislation and regulatory requirements affecting early college programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish the strategic vision, goals, and long-range direction for the Office of Early College Programs in alignment with COD priorities.
• Provide leadership for Dual Credit, Dual Enrollment, and K-12 partnerships across program areas.
• Develop and maintain high-level institutional relationships with school districts and external partners.
• Oversee compliance with applicable Illinois legislation, ICCB, IBHE, HLC, and accreditation agencies.
• Direct evaluation of program goals, performance measures, and assessment strategies.
