Job summary

The Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Dual Credit Coordinator to support the Dual Credit program with local high schools. You will handle outreach, student applications, enrollment via Empower, MOA development, and records management to support academic outreach and student retention.

Collaborating with the Dual Credit Director and IAIA staff, you will help with budget tracking, purchasing, campus workshops, and updates to the IAIA Dual Credit webpage while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Two years in a professional office setting.
• Proficiency in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, computer applications, and database maintenance.
• Must have a clean driving record, to be bondable to drive an IAIA vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach for dual credit programs with the Dual Credit Director.
• Process student applications and enroll Dual Credit applicants via Empower.
• Develop MOAs with Local Education Agencies.
• Maintain records and statistical reports for the department.
• Assist with budget tracking and purchasing for the Dual Credit program.
• Coordinate campus workshops and travel to partner schools.
• Maintain communication with adjuncts, schools, students and families.
• Update IAIA Dual Credit webpage as needed.
