Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, IL, seeks a Dual Credit Specialist. This full-time, hybrid-position supports the daily operations of the DualCredit program, including student registrations, instructor documentation, and program records with emphasis on accuracy and timely service to students and partners.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of administrative support.

Formación

• An associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two years of administrative support experience required.
• Experience with student information systems and data tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume records.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality with FERPA.

Responsabilidades

• Process dual credit student registrations accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain instructor credentialing files and compliance docs.
• Support onboarding for new dual credit instructors.
• Coordinate data entry in Banner and digital drives.
• Assist with state reporting data collection.
• Communicate with high school partners about docs and deadlines.
• Maintain digital filing systems for program docs.
• Provide support for meetings and faculty workshops.
• Protect confidentiality per FERPA and college policy.
