The role involves recruiting for Ivy Tech, coordinating tutoring resources, administering placement exams, and guiding families through admissions and financial aid processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, public affairs, social services, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate, implement, and evaluate programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Proficiency with computers and related software for planning and record keeping.
• Ability to administer and interpret assessment results.
• Ability to travel across North Central Indiana in mobile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support K-14 initiatives including dual credit and early college programs.
• Track student progress toward dual credit, certificate, or degree completion.
• Coordinate with high schools and Ivy Tech faculty to provide tutoring or remediation.
• Promote opportunities for college placement and credential attainment.
• Meet with students to develop individualized career plans.
• Coordinate campus visits to expose students to career options.
• Deliver information sessions, admissions, and financial aid guidance at high schools.
• Maintain records and ensure FERPA compliance.
• Engage in outreach to increase inquiries and applicants.
• Support college-wide metrics and strategic initiatives.
