Terratron is seeking a Dual Chief Engineer to oversee engineering operations for two properties, including preventive maintenance, safety programs, and on-call support. You will lead a maintenance team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with property standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to respond quickly to issues across indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsabilités

• Maintain equipment, building components, systems, grounds, guest areas, public areas, and assets.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, plumbing, and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and emergency response.
• Respond to guest, resident, tenant, customer, or associate concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Patrol property grounds, parking areas, exterior spaces, or event areas.
• Report safety concerns, property damage, and maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain logs, work orders, and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE protocols.
