Job summary

Lum’s Auto Center in Warrenton, Oregon seeks a high-impact Service Manager to lead our Toyota & CDJR service operation on the Oregon coast. Lead a dual-brand team, influence staffing, processes, and profitability through great people, great accountability, and world-class customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on KPIs, technician productivity, and service-drive performance, with a guaranteed first six months and a path to six-figure earnings in a supportive dealership culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of improving service-department performance.
• Understanding the economics of a profitable Fixed Operations department.
• Ability to coach Advisors and Technicians and manage by KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People: recruit, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Drive the Numbers: own KPIs for profitability and CSI.
• Build the Process: standardize service-drive processes and scheduling.
• Own the Customer Experience: create trust, transparency, and professionalism.
