Lum’s Auto Center in Warrenton, Oregon is seeking a high-impact Service Manager to lead our Toyota & CDJR service operation. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to influence staffing, processes, customer experience, technician productivity, advisor performance, and overall profitability.

You’ll build a world-class service department by creating great people, clear processes, and strong accountability, while driving growth in customer-pay work and service profitability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
• Establish clear expectations and accountability
• Develop future leaders within the department
• Create a culture where high performance is expected — and supported
• Customer Pay ELR
• Hours per RO
• Customer-pay labor sales
• Technician productivity and efficiency
• Gross profit
• Net-to-gross
• MPI execution and sales
• Warranty and internal performance
• Customer retention and CSI
• You won't simply review the numbers. You'll use them to lead the business.
• Establish consistent service-drive processes
• Improve write-up, MPI, inspection, and presentation procedures
• Strengthen scheduling and dispatching
• Reduce WIP and production bottlenecks
• Improve communication between Service, Parts, and Technicians
• Identify missed opportunities and create systems to capture them
• Create repeatable processes that allow the department to grow without sacrificing the customer experience

Lum’s Auto Center is looking for a high-impact Service Manager to lead our growing Toyota & CDJR service operation in beautiful Warrenton, Oregon.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who wants more than a title.

We’re looking for someone who wants to take a great service department and make it world class.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence staffing, processes, customer experience, technician productivity, advisor performance, and overall profitability while leading a team serving two highly respected automotive brands.

$10,000 Monthly Guarantee for First Six Months

$120,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Based on experience + additional performance bonus opportunity
