Job summary

TERI Inc. in Oceanside, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a collaborative Finance team. This full-time role handles AP/AR tasks, processes invoices and payments, and supports weekly check runs and reconciliations.

The position involves revenue processing for Common Grounds Café and Events, audit support, and maintaining accurate financial records across the accounting cycle. Strong detail orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Knowledge of AP and AR processes including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Experience with MIP Accounting Software and Toast a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter vendor invoices; ensure coding to location, project, and period.
• Process weekly check runs, EFTs, vendor payments, and related documentation.
• Administer petty cash and monthly reconciliations with departments.
• Support AR functions, including Self-Determination billing and contracts; assist Senior AR Clerk.
• Process revenue information for Common Grounds Café/Events via Toast; reflect accurately in systems.
• Research discrepancies and assist with process improvements in AP/AR.
• Provide accounting and audit support; protect confidential information; assist with finance projects.
