Lexima, operating the Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites in Northeast Wichita, KS, seeks a Dual Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, leadership, and financial performance. This role covers rooms, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and applicable F&B tasks, ensuring IHG brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive hotel/related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
• Comfort with budgeting and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel(s) professionally and maintain high guest service standards.
• Lead and develop a positive team environment across departments.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Monitor budgets and assist in financial performance.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations as applicable.
• Ensure brand standards and regulatory compliance across operations.
