Job summary

Lexima is seeking an experienced Dual General Manager to oversee operations of two select-service hotels in Wichita, KS. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure brand standard compliance, and lead efforts to grow profitability across both properties.

The role requires leadership to manage multiple teams, collaborate with revenue management, and implement short- and long-term operating plans aimed at meeting or surpassing budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business.
• 2-5 years as Assistant General Manager or equivalent hotel management experience.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and office software.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule; hours vary.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel professionally and knowledgeably.
• Maintain brand standards and Lexima standards.
• Develop and execute short and long term operating plans to meet budgeted goals.
• Attend monthly property review meetings and report on performance.
• Maximize guest satisfaction and respond to reviews with corrective actions.
• Drive revenue through collaboration with brand revenue management support.
• Recruit, train and motivate staff; ensure proper staffing levels.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and a safe, inviting environment.
