Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Settlements Operations Supervisor to oversee daily DTC settlements and vault operations. You will review work, ensure accuracy, and support associates across the team in a fast‑paced environment.

The role emphasizes process discipline, risk awareness, and collaboration with internal and external partners. Strong knowledge of DTC and related controls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in settlements operations, preferably DTC settlements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing and/or approving operational work in settlements.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced operational support for clients with quality service and contractual alignment.
• Oversee DTC Security Settlement functions including Vault processing and related tasks.
• Review and approve settlement activity for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to associates.
• Act as SME for processing questions and escalate risks when needed.
• Identify and resolve breaks and escalate client/internal issues promptly.
• Maintain WSPs compliance and assist SOP development for training.
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore partners for daily settlement activities.
