Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a DTC Associate in Newark to join our Managed Services team. You will support DTCC settlement functions, contribute to tools like GFW, GLOSS, and IMPACT, and help onboard clients to BPS and Impact for trading settlements.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office weekly and involves collaborating with HR, IT and Finance to ensure efficient operations and strong client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Series 99 preferred.
• Self-starter with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task.
• Quick learner.

• Proven knowledge of operations products and processes.
• Strong customer service orientation with prioritization and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid role requiring 2x a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Support DTCC Settlement functions and related processes (Buy-Ins, Prime Broker, Vault).
• Develop Settlement tools like GFW, GLOSS, IMPACT with user testing.
• Onboard new clients to BPS for equity and Impact for Fixed Income settlements.
• Deliver internal/external training on GFW, BPS, Impact, BuyIns, GLOSS.
• Address daily client escalations due to system or human error; communicate fixes and action plan.
• Monitor unsettled trades and MTM exposure; supervise suspense accounts.
• Identify and implement RPA in DTC Settlements to add value.
• Perform quality controls; ensure Written Supervisory Procedures.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for training and crisis reference.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance on system, project, and team needs.
