Job summary

PlumpJack, Odette and Cade Estate Winery is seeking an Outbound Sales Team Member to build relationships with customers, recommend wines, and promote Wine Club memberships. The role focuses on outbound calls, managing customer data in Commerce 7, and ensuring excellent service across our estate winery portfolio.

You will work to meet sales goals, provide food-pairing and serving guidance, and deliver high-quality customer experiences as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Some college preferred.
• Experience in CRM and phone-based sales is valuable.
• Knowledge of wine industry and ability to tailor recommendations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to customers with a sales-focused approach.
• Enter sales orders and maintain an up-to-date consumer database using Commerce 7.
• Assist with wine shipments, delivery, tracking, and resolve order issues.
• Provide knowledgeable, personalized wine recommendations and pairings for customers.
• Promote Wine Club memberships and support guest experiences across PlumpJack family wineries.
