Job summary

Tasting & Tap Room Expo seeks a Business Development and DTC Sales Manager for its Fine Wine organization. You will collaborate with the brand team to elevate presence and cultivate referral partners, wine club members, and prospective members, ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead hospitality standards, communicate proactively via email, phone, and text, and travel as needed to foster partnerships and membership growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a concierge program and customer service standards to deliver world-class guest experiences.
• Build and expand a network of referral partners and drive reservation-only visits.
• Manage and leverage the customer database to identify new business opportunities.
• Convert estate guests into wine club members and nurture ongoing club relationships.
• Uphold best-in-class hospitality and service standards for the team.
