Jockey International, Inc. is seeking a Direct to Consumer Operations and Fulfillment Analyst to join our E‑Commerce team in Kenosha, WI or remote within the Midwest.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate post‑purchase processes across fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and returns, while upholding internal and partner SLAs and driving efficiency. You will collaborate with internal teams and a 3PL warehouse to monitor cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and reverse logistics, identifying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, operations, or the equivalent.
• 2–3 years of analytical on‑the‑job experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be open to onsite in Kenosha, WI or remote in the Midwest Region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3PL scorecards and invoices; report trends to management.
• Analyze carrier invoices and propose projects to reduce costs.
• Manage outbound order flow for e‑commerce storefronts to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate SLAs across NA marketplaces, including Amazon.
• Maintain inventory reporting: cycle counts, adjustments, reconciliations.
• Collaborate with planning teams and 3PL partners on initiatives.
• Analyze consumer feedback related to fulfillment and shipping.
• Support returns processes and reporting; resolve issues.
• Process credit card and return settlement errors.
• Track carrier time in transit and report findings with large data sets.
