Our client, a Skincare Brand, is looking for a DTC Marketing Director to join their team!

You must have a background in beauty or fashion to be considered for this role.

This is a fully remote role for anyone living in the following states:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university related to marketing or business administration, or 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 8+ years in marketing program management (e.g., catalog, email, digital advertising, social media).
• Supervisory Experience: 8+ years managing teams, handling multiple vendors and third-party partners.
• Industry Experience: 8+ years in direct response and DTC marketing, preferably within consumer products.
• Business Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns, with experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Project Management: Strong skills in managing projects, multi-tasking, and decision-making to meet deliverables within timelines. Must have a creative and business mindset.
• Adaptability: Willingness to be hands-on; prior small business experience is a plus.
• Initiative: Self-starter, able to work independently remotely and collaboratively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication; copywriting skills required.
• Creativity/Analytical: Metric-driven with creativity; comfortable analyzing results data.
• Software Skills: Proficient in office software, social media platforms, project management tools, and analytic tools; knowledge of pivot tables preferred.
