My Amazon Guy is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own customer acquisition and revenue growth across DTC channels. You’ll lead a high-performing Paid Media team, partner with the Creative Strategist, and scale campaigns profitably while optimizing ROAS and LTV.

You will set strategy across paid social, search, display, and programmatic, build dashboards, mentor talent, and foster a culture of experimentation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing social ads with a strong focus on DTC/B2C campaigns.
• 3+ years hands-on with Meta & TikTok Ads.
• Expertise in email marketing and multi-channel campaign integration.
• CRO & A/B testing to boost conversions and landing page performance.
• Strong creative eye and copywriting ability for consumer engagement.
• Active Meta & TikTok Ad Certifications.
• Proven leader with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Track record of building scalable workflows for creative and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the DTC performance marketing roadmap across paid social, search, display, programmatic, and emerging channels.
• Partner with the Creative Strategist to align ad creative, messaging, and funnel strategy with performance goals.
• Establish clear KPIs (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV) and maintain a testing culture.
• Oversee campaign architecture, budget allocation, pacing, and optimization across all DTC paid media.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on briefs, asset iterations, and audience insights.
• Leverage first-party data, pixels, and conversion APIs to optimize targeting and attribution.
• Build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with data and analytics resources to ensure clean attribution and accurate ROAS/LTV modeling.
