Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred.
• 3+ years in e-commerce or fast-paced environments.
• Experience with accounts payable operations and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Maintain all accounting records and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Oversee complete accounts payable function including invoice receipt, coding, approval, and payment processing.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, dashboards, and analysis for management review.
