Job summary

PetSafe Brands, formerly known as Radio Systems Corporation, is seeking a DTC Ecommerce Operations & Insights Specialist to drive technical projects, analyze data, and manage Shopify-based updates. You will build repeatable workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and accelerate insights with AI tools.

The role emphasizes hands-on project management, data analysis, and operational execution within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Own assigned technical and digital projects from intake through close, creating scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks.
• Translate business, marketing, and technical needs into actionable tasks across ecommerce, CRM/lifecycle, SEO, Brand, and analytics.
• Build repeatable workflows, templates, SOPs, and decision logs to reduce rework.
• Analyze GA4, Tableau, Shopify data and reconcile data sources for insights.

Responsibilities

• Own technical projects from intake to close with clear scope and acceptance criteria.
• Drive sessions, provide status updates, and ensure blockers are surfaced early.
• Perform data cleanup, tracker maintenance, and QA to ensure delivery quality.
• Translate needs into tasks across ecommerce, analytics, and external partners.
• Build dashboards connecting GA4, Shopify, CRM, and retention data.
• Support campaigns from intake through launch with briefs and requirements.
