Job summary

Central Garden & Pet seeks a Senior DTC Manager to propel Best Bully Sticks' direct-to-consumer growth. You will own site merchandising, CRO, and analytics, leading cross-functional efforts with marketing and operations to optimize UX and revenue.

You will manage content, SEO, email marketing, and paid initiatives while applying data-driven insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years of DTC website experience with CRO/SEO focus.
• Shopify experience is a must; Shopify Plus preferred.
• Hands-on with Shopify Plus, GA, A/B testing, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and merchandising of the BBS.com site.
• Lead CRO initiatives from ideation through execution using tests and insights.
• Manage content across BBS.com including PDPs and promotions.
• Track KPIs and optimize conversion, revenue, and engagement.
