The role translates business objectives into a clear prioritized backlog, collaborating with engineering and external partners to drive measurable impact.

The PM works with Global Data Product Management, balancing speed, cost, and enterprise data standards while guiding vendor choices and governance across CRM/ERP/eCommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with shipped data or AI features.
• Proven ownership of evaluation and experimentation for AI features.
• Hands-on experience driving enterprise API integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead build vs buy decisions with financial models.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define a 3–9 month AI roadmap aligned to goals with clear problem statements.
• Convert strategy into prioritized increments with PRDs and release plans.
• Own evaluation for AI features: offline tests, human/auto evals, online experiments.
• Define safety, privacy, and compliance requirements with guardrails.
• Define product requirements for API-first integrations across CRM/ERP/eCommerce.
• Lead structured build vs buy analyses and risky-contingency planning.
• Lead squads spanning ML Eng, Data Eng, Analytics, and Stakeholders.
• Define KPIs linking business outcomes to product performance.
• Collaborate with Directors, Security, Legal, Procurement, and Data Management.
