Job summary

Rise Family in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Director to oversee Day Treatment for Adults (DTA) programs in Maricopa County. This role can be based in Mesa or Surprise and will lead DTA centers while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate budgeting, plus support staff and coordinators to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of related supervision/management experience.
• Ability to create innovative program solutions for people with disabilities.
• Experience implementing systems to monitor policy/procedure and contractual compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and supervision of Day Center coordinators in designated programs.
• Strategize, create, and oversee plans to provide the best support for individuals in services.
• Ensure programs meet funding agency requirements and staff are trained on policies.
• Maintain required records, logs, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor staff, promoting teamwork and competency.
• Advocate effectively for people receiving support.
• Oversee budgets and financials for the designated region.
