Job summary

RISE is seeking a creative and results-oriented Director to oversee Day Treatment for Adults programs in the East and West Valley areas of Maricopa county. The role may be based in Mesa or Surprise, with responsibilities for DTA centers, coordinating coordinators, and ensuring compliance with policies and funding requirements.

You will lead program development, workforce training, and quality assurance while maintaining fiscal oversight and building strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of supervision/management experience in the industry.
• Ability to create innovative program solutions for people with disabilities.
• Experience implementing systems to monitor policy, procedures and contractual compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate in groups.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures and manage sub-contractors and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and supervision of Day Center coordinators in designated programs.
• Strategize, create, and oversee plans to provide the best support for individuals in services.
• Ensure programs meet policies, funding requirements, and staff training.
• Maintain records, logs and required documentation.
• Coach and mentor staff, fostering leadership and teamwork.
