Our will be responsible supporting and enhancements of the SCADA (Ignition) and MES (Sepasoft) applications for Spartanburg NGDV assembly. This individual will support SCADA/MES Production uptime (80%) and development, configuration and testing (20%) of new features.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop trusted relationships with our customers and partners - Operations, Maintenance, Controls, Engineering, Quality, and Materials
  • Provide on‑hands Production support for SCADA/MES system to ensure it is online during 3rd shift
  • Quick escalation of Production issues as necessary
  • Mentor operators on SCADA/MES functionality as needed
  • Collaborate with internal/external personnel in the design, development, and implementation of integration enhancements with PLCs, JDE, and other systems
  • Support the development of functional specifications, test cases, and design documentation for the MES/SCADA system
  • Support the development of controls standards for NGDV
  • Analyze system performance and suggest improvements, where applicable
  • Oversee protection of SCADA/MES environment and ensure data security and integrity
  • Assistance in the deployment of technology other than SCADA/MES will also be expected
Minimum Qualifications
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Experience with Python, Java, Jython, C, C+, C++, Visual Basic, SQL, etc.
  • Development, documentation, process flows, manage multiple tasks, troubleshooting, configuration skills
  • Written and verbal communication, customer service, relationship building skills
Standout Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Development and support experience with Ignition and Sepasoft
  • Working knowledge of Rockwell PLCs or Siemens PLCs, OPC‑UA, and MQTT protocols
  • Proficient with Windows Servers
Pay Range

$73,200.00 - $117,800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
