JLG Industries, an Oshkosh company, seeks a SCADA/MES Developer at the Jefferson City, TN facility to design, implement, and support digital manufacturing solutions.
You will work with Ignition 8.1, Sepasoft 3.81, Python/Jython, SQL Server, and MQTT integrations, partnering with manufacturing, engineering and IT teams to improve uptime, data visibility and production efficiency, including AMRs and UNS data architectures.

As a SCADA/MES Developer at our New Jefferson City facility, you won't just be maintaining systems—you will be part of a team designing the digital backbone that keeps our production lines moving efficiently and integrating next-gen technologies like AMRs.
The SCADA/MES Developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting the SCADA (Ignition) and MES (Sepasoft) applications supporting manufacturing operations at the Jefferson City, TN facility.
This individual will support SCADA/MES enhancements, integrations, and daily production system uptime. The role will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to develop reliable digital manufacturing solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve plant‑floor systems and applications.
$82,900.00 - $134,300.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
