Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enhance customer experience: Model Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors, respond promptly to customer and associate requests, maintain store standards, and complete daily tasks such as cleaning and recovery.
  • Achieve store goals: Review daily communication, plan and assign tasks, monitor progress, and communicate business trends to leadership.
  • Maximize sales: Use inventory reports to optimize product placement and presentation, and handle audits, donations, transfers, damages, etc.
  • Manage inventory and omni-channel activities: Oversee freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, BOPIS, and supply needs.
  • Ensure safety and team support: Maintain a safe environment, address concerns quickly, manage payroll activities, and provide performance feedback.
  • Lead and motivate: Recognize team members, support training and coaching, delegate tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service, professionalism, positive attitude, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, hold team accountable, and meet deadlines.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and outside hours as needed.
  • Proficiency with technology (registers, mobile devices, calculators).
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks regularly.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The estimated pay range is $19.00 to $25.20 per hour, based on various factors including experience, location, and organizational needs. Benefits are not included in this range. This position is also eligible for a monthly sales bonus.
