Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Experience: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, share loyalty program benefits, answer product questions, complete transactions.
• Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe; handle freight, markdowns, stockroom organization.
• Leverage In-Store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, use company tools for product searches, perform other duties as assigned.
• Customer First: Complete transactions accurately, partner with CEL on escalations, follow asset protection policies.
• Bring Fun and Energy: Participate in team meetings, be open to coaching, support inclusivity.

Required Skills:

• Ability to move quickly and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with technology (register, iPhone, calculator).
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100%, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch regularly.

Experience:

No previous retail experience required.
