Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer warmly, read cues, personalize service, and meet their needs effectively.
• Loyalty Program: Share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Sales Transactions: Answer product questions, complete sales via in-store or digital orders.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including cleaning, organizing stock, receiving freight, and replenishing merchandise.
• Fulfillment: Complete all functions related to order fulfillment, including locating, inspecting, packaging, and labeling products for pickup or delivery.
• Customer Service: Handle transactions accurately, operate registers, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support inclusivity and teamwork.

Required Skills:

• Availability to meet the needs of the business.

• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a retail environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with store technology (registers, iPhones, calculators).
• Physical ability to stand or walk up to 100% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
