Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, read cues, personalize service, share loyalty program benefits, and process transactions.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe environment; handle freight, stock, markdowns, and housekeeping duties.
• Product Fulfillment: Complete order processing, prepare items for pickup/delivery, and use company tools to check product availability.
• Customer Service: Handle transactions accurately, operate registers, escalate issues appropriately, and follow asset protection policies.
• Team Contribution: Participate in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.
