Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Meet customers where they are and personalize their experience by greeting every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, reading cues, matching needs with service, and enrolling new members in the loyalty program.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking.
• Handle inbound freight, prepare merchandise for sale, and organize stockroom according to standards.
• Fulfill customer orders, locate items, inspect products, and ensure readiness for pickup or delivery.
• Process transactions accurately, operate the register, and partner with the CEL for escalated issues.
• Contribute to a fun and energetic store atmosphere, participate in team meetings, and support inclusivity and ongoing training.
