Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers, read cues, personalize service, share loyalty program benefits, and complete transactions.
2. Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including cleaning, stocking, and housekeeping tasks.
3. Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, prepare and display merchandise, and organize stockroom.
4. In-store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, use company tools for product searches, and perform other duties as assigned.
5. Customer Transactions: Operate register accurately, handle money, and escalate issues appropriately.
6. Team Participation: Engage in meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.

• Proficiency with store technology (register, iPhone, calculator).
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of the time.
