Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Personalized Customer Experience:

• Greet customers warmly, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are.
• Share and enroll customers in the DSW Loyalty program.
• Assist with product questions and complete transactions, including digital orders.

Customer Experience Consistency & Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking.
• Receive freight, prepare merchandise, and organize stockroom per standards.

Leverage In-Store and Digital Services:

• Complete fulfillment functions, locate items, inspect, package, and label products.
• Use company tools like iPhone and register to assist customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Customer Focus & POS Operations:

• Process transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Partner with leadership when issues escalate.
• Follow asset protection policies.

Bring Fun and Energy:

• Participate actively in team meetings and training.
• Be receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Support teamwork and inclusivity.

Required Skills:

• Availability to meet business needs.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with technology (register, iPhone, calculator).
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of the time.
