Job summary

Cook Systems is seeking a skilled Decision Support Systems (DSS) Analyst to work with customers and design teams to prioritize data needs and translate requirements into actionable DSS/EIS applications. You will design, develop, and maintain DSS, model data sources, and help define security frameworks to support business decisions.

In this role you will collaborate across teams, monitor performance, and participate in evaluating new products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
≥3 years IT experience in business intelligence tools and systems.
Proficiency in data modeling, DSS architecture, and related tools.
Understanding of SDLC methodologies and IT planning.
Strong knowledge of enterprise data and decision processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and design teams to prioritize data requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain Decision Support Systems (DSS).
Model data sources and flows, and define DSS/EIS policies and security frameworks.
Monitor system performance and optimize performance.
Participate in the selection and evaluation of new products and technologies.
Support the user community and development team in designing, developing, and maintaining DSS/EIS applications.
Identify and recommend technology solutions for business challenges.
Lead on multiple projects of medium complexity and mentor junior team members.
