Qualifications

• Master’s degree in disability services, rehabilitation counseling, or related field.
• Administrative leadership experience in higher education or disability services preferred.
• Experience in budgeting and regulatory compliance for student services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily DSPS operations and service delivery.
• Oversee program budgets and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state disability laws (ADA, FERPA, etc.).
• Lead service delivery for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.
• Hire, train, supervise DSPS staff and measure performance.
• Collaborate with Deans and Compliance Officer on student issues.
• Coordinate professional development with campus groups.
