Humanity Plus Homes is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a DSP, you will provide support and guidance to people served as they learn and develop important daily living skills and life activities to live as independently as possible. Requirements include a desire to help others, a positive attitude, good communication, and willingness to train.

No experience is required; we provide thorough training. A valid U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and life activities to promote independence.
• Help people identify and achieve personal goals to live their best life.
• Monitor comfort, safety, and medical/nutritional/personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meals, and laundry.
