Mission Mountain Empowerment is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. No experience required—we provide paid training.

This role focuses on helping individuals live independent, meaningful lives through daily support, skill-building, and community involvement. Competitive hourly pay and schedule options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, routines).
• Support medication administration.
• Help with appointments and community activities.
• Encourage independence and personal goals.
• Complete documentation (notes, reports).
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
