Job summary

Living Innovations Support Services is seeking a dedicated DSP Team Lead to mentor and connect with the community. You will split time between direct support and oversight to help DSPs excel, leveraging your hands-on experience to raise the quality of care.

The ideal candidate has a passion for the IDD field, strong communication, and a patient, positive attitude. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with benefits including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience as Direct Support Professional is required.
• Patient, caring and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid state driver's license, vehicle insurance, and registration.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach DSPs to deliver high-quality care.
• Foster community integration and relationships for participants.
• Plan person-centered activities to achieve goals.
• Oversee health, safety and implementation of service plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support participants.
