Job summary

Amazon Advertising is seeking a Programmatic Solutions Consultant - Technical in New York City. You will independently resolve enterprise customer campaign issues by delivering advanced technical support across Amazon's DSP, ad tech stack, and data tools, while building scalable solutions and documentation.

You will own complex investigations, work cross-functionally, and mentor peers to improve troubleshooting and product prioritization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience in technical support.
4+ years of programmatic advertising experience.
Experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases; debugging.server issues.

Responsibilities

Handle complex customer issues with root cause analysis and prioritization.
Demonstrate deep technical expertise for critical programmatic advertising issues.
Own end-to-end resolution of the most complex, cross-organizational issues.
Communicate with internal teams to investigate workarounds and resolve defects.
Provide proactive support across Amazon's ad tech suite (ADSP, AAT, CAPI, ADM, AMC).
Automate standard procedures through scripting and data APIs.
Develop and mentor peers to enhance technical skills.
Drive continuous improvement and influence product prioritization.
Provide live troubleshooting sessions for customers.
