Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an Account Director for the Yahoo DSP Sales team in a hybrid role based in the United States.

You will drive revenue growth by building strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands, and you will serve as a trusted advisor to optimize programmatic solutions. You will lead sales strategy, manage a robust pipeline, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to ensure best-in-class client experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital advertising sales experience.
• Deep understanding of DSPs and programmatic advertising.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve Yahoo DSP revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect new advertisers, agencies, and brands by articulating the differentiated value of Yahoo DSP.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, accurately tracking opportunities and driving consistent revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations.
• Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges to recommend tailored Yahoo DSP solutions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Yahoo DSP capabilities and performance.
• Provide exceptional client service to drive long‑term partnerships, retention, and account growth.
