Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an Account Director for the Yahoo DSP Sales team.

You will drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to advertisers, agencies, and brands, promoting Yahoo DSP solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of DSPs and programmatic advertising, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams with Product, Marketing, Operations and Client Services to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably programmatic.
• Deep understanding of DSPs, programmatic advertising and digital media.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve Yahoo DSP revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect new advertisers, agencies and brands for Yahoo DSP.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with opportunities and growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations and Client Services.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to drive wins.
• Negotiate contracts with Finance and Legal while ensuring compliance.
