Job summary

Zel Technologies seeks an Electrical Engineer DSP/RF - Mid Level to provide on-site problem-solving at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. You will apply digital signal processing, RF concepts, and sensor integration to rapid prototype solutions in a collaborative environment.

Work in a fast-paced setting with cross-functional teams, supporting hardware/software integration, testing, and documentation while adhering to security requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Active clearance (Secret or higher).
• BA/BS in Electrical Engineering plus 9+ years of experience.
• Ability to read schematics, boards, data sheets; use debugging tools.
• Strong fundamentals in DSP with RF/SDR focus.
• Compliance with CCAFS IH requirements.
• Able to work in a high tempo environment and document solutions.
• Background check including drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and in teams on design and integration.
• Design and apply digital filters to signals in hardware/software.
• Process, analyze, and report test results for sensor/system effectiveness.
• Develop data harvesting/processing code across multiple data sources.
• Participate in trade studies and technical reviews.
• Collaborate on IT-related issues within the division.
• Support customer interactions and project delivery.
• Perform additional duties to meet REPD mission.
