Catholic Charities of Baltimore seeks a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with developmental disabilities live vibrant, independent lives. The DSP will build trusted relationships, support daily routines, meals, and personal care, and advocate for each person’s rights with a patient, respectful approach.

The role includes weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 9 AM–5 PM) and a pay range of $20–$20.50 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and a trauma-informed culture.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 points.
• Comfortable driving agency vehicles and assisting people who use wheelchairs.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and provide physical assistance when needed.
• Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete).

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.

Work Schedule:Saturday and Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM
