Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 points.
• Comfortable driving agency vehicles and assisting people who use wheelchairs.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and provide physical assistance when needed.
• Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and personal care promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist with meals of residents' choice, encourage healthy eating, and keep a clean kitchen.
• Be patient and respectful in action and speech.
• Advocate for residents' rights and help build confidence and self-esteem.
• Maintain clear, respectful records to ensure continuity of care and support.

PAY RANGE: $19.50 - $20 per hour (Depending on years of experience)

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.

Work Schedule:Saturday and Sunday 9 AM - 7 PM

HowYou’llSupport:
