Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Clarks Summit, PA office. You will source, interview, and hire Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other critical roles, ensuring our residential group homes are staffed with compassionate, skilled professionals.

The ideal candidate has experience with high-volume recruiting, builds strong pipelines, and delivers an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, while upholding

Qualifications

• Three to five years of recruiting experience.
• One to three years in HR/Management field or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, OD, marketing, business, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for DSPs and other roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, partnerships and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, coordinate interviews.
• Extend offers and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and craft strategies.
• Maintain talent pipelines for ongoing staffing needs.
• Monitor metrics and adjust sourcing to hit hiring goals.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with laws and policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Represent Beacon at events and outreach activities.
• Promote Beacon's mission and employment brand.
