Beacon Specialized Living is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Clarks Summit, PA. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other essential roles to staff residential group homes with compassionate professionals.
You'll manage high-volume recruiting, build talent pipelines, partner with operational leaders, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding at Beacon.

Occasional evening andweekend hours maybe required tosupport hiring events, recruitment initiatives, or business needs.
