Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision and health of individuals.
• Advocate for individuals in community activities.
• Assist in daily living skills including personal hygiene and food preparation.
• Maintain facility compliance with OPWDD and COA standards.
• Plan and prepare balanced meals.
