Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AMAP, SCIP, CPR, and First Aid Certifications preferred.
• Valid NY/NJ/CT/PA Driver’s License with 6 points or less required.
• Experience working with adults that have developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrated strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate supervision and health safety of individuals.
• Advocate for individuals in community activities.
• Assist in daily living skills and maintain compliance standards.
• Implement and document individual goals and progress.
• Facilitate learning and skill training.
