Ideal candidates have DSP supervision or team leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
